Downey Savings is opening its outlet in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The outlet will be located at the Shops in Lake Havasu Regional Lifestyle Center, on will occupy a 5,500-square-foot State Route 95. The store is scheduled to open late this fall of 2008.
