Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. is opening its restaurant in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The store will be located on 3005 Golf Road, north of I-94 at the corner of Golf Road and Highway 93, and is scheduled to open this May 5th, 2008.
