THE MOSAIC LIFESTYLE REPORT: Describes the people living in the trade area around the center or retail area. This report gives you a detailed description of the lifestyles of the people likely to be potential customers for retailers in the shopping center or retail activity area.

THE BUSINESS / RETAIL REPORT: Gives a detailed list of retail or retail-related businesses in the area of interest. This report, based on Experian's National Business Database, allows you to get a detailed list of all retail-related businesses in the area around the shopping center or any other area of interest.

THE BRAND REPORT: Describes the specific retail concepts (or “brands”) preferred by people living in the trade area around the center or retail area. This report, based on research by Simmons, Inc. using their national consumer panel, allows you to determine which specific brands are preferred by people living in the trade area around any retail location.

THE MEDIA REPORT: Describes the preferred media used by people living in the trade area. This report, based on research by Simmons Inc. using their national consumer panel, allows you to determine the best media channels to reach to the customers living in the trade area around any retail location.
