LIST VIEW is the default option because the combination of the center name, center description and Google map showing the center location normally gives users what they need to find a specific center.

MAP VIEW is very useful when you want to use a city map to select a center or centers in specific areas of interest. It is also very helpful when you want to see centers that are near the center of interest.

Since many smaller Retail Centers do not have names that can be used to identify them, MAP VIEW gives you to tools needed to explore a market and find all of the centers in any given area.
