You have probably figured it out by now but either "the sky is falling", there is a major glitch on the site blocking retailers from showing or (far more likely) your membership level doesn't include retailers. Bronze Members do not see retailers. Silver Members see retailers in large centers. Gold Members see retailers in large and small centers plus in any retail area.
