Probably not. The blank cells are associated with the limitations of the synergy model currently running on our site which is tied to a set of major chain retailers, not all retailers. In larger markets and busy commercial retail areas where major chains tend to locate you will see red/purple cells indicating high synergy --- for some types of retail, especially retail that is traditionally associated with shopping centers. Smaller markets or commercial areas with limited brand activity will simply not have sufficient data to generate synergy scores on the current site. The next generation of USRetailCenters.com will offer a much more detailed and comprehensive synergy model that works in busy and sparse retail areas.
